Monday: sirloin, zucchini pancakes and cucumber & tomato salad
Tuesday: lemon and artichoke chicken*
Wednesday: beef stew/ pot pie
Thursday: chicken cacciatore
Friday:  grilled chicken topped with roastedred peppers and pepper jackcheese /sandwich/ and salad
Saturday: flank with peppers and onions*

Breakfasts/ lunches/ snacks
pork roll & eggs
swirly crustless quiche*
banana “pancakes”
Roasted chickpeas
Homemade plum applesauce
Leftover s&sbeef soup
